Each visit unlock benefits and earned loyalty coins hold currency value that will unlock new coupon codes. You can earn NBC coins by making purchases at the any NBC outlet both via the App or offline. You need to provide your registered mobile number to the cashier at the time of offline order. Any purchases made prior to joining rewards program will not count towards your reward coins balance.

You can use these coins to off-set your bill amount by paying the bill via App or providing your registered mobile number at time of offline payment.

To use your Birthday reward, first you need to claim it. Then a Code will be generated and it will show in your "Claimed Rewards" section. Birthday Reward is valid only for your birthday month. For eg. if your birthday is on 12 April, you can redeem your birthday reward from 1 - 30 April.

You can track your NBC coins and rewards by opening the app and checking your History. This will show you how many coins you have earned, what rewards you have claimed and redeemed.
